Lonika has practiced acupuncture for nearly 20 years, with a practice addressing hormones, stress and mental health, digestion, pain, and fertility and reproductive health. She holds ABORM certification and has completed additional training in fertility and hormone support.
Her approach combines Traditional Chinese Medicine, functional medicine, and a strong working knowledge of the nervous system, hormonal health, and the connection between emotional and physical wellbeing.
Treatment begins with a thorough intake covering health history, current concerns, and goals, which Lonika uses to guide the course of care as it evolves over time.
