Sama is Sanskrit for balance and equanimity, a state of evenness between opposing forces. That idea shapes the philosophy of this practice: health is not a fixed destination but an ongoing return to equilibrium, achieved by working with the body rather than against it.

Sama Wellness offers personalized acupuncture and integrative care for fertility, hormones, stress and mental health, digestion, pain, and overall wellbeing. Treatment is rooted in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, with functional medicine incorporated as needed to address the root cause of a concern. Sessions may also include sound healing and red light therapy — distinctive additions that support relaxation and nervous system regulation.

Lonika has practiced acupuncture for nearly 20 years, with a practice addressing hormones, stress and mental health, digestion, pain, and fertility and reproductive health. She holds ABORM certification and has completed additional training in fertility and hormone support.
